PM Learning Delivers PM Risk & Change Simulation during IPMA Global Congress

- PM Learning delivers an action learning experience in Project Management for a large group of IPMA Global Congress participants
The learning experience entitled Best Practice Workshop No.1 was an open competition for registered IPMA Global Congress attendees. During the simulation session, based on PM Learning product "Ultimate Route: Projects, Risks, and Changes" delivered for about 50 participants from around the world, several teams competed in managing project in risky environment. For 2 hours, the teams managed scope, risks, changes and communication in a real-life environment. Team's performance was measured by several KPIs, such as quality, requirements, budget, time, and management performance.
Participants represented a wide range of corporations: from Siemens and National Bank of Poland to construction, consulting, and training organizations from Canada, Iran, Japan, Qatar. Engaging team experience was reinforced by the reflection stops during which project teams negotiated with the game leader (representing project Customer) and learned to improve their risk and change management process as well as wisely manage time and communication within teams.
